From an early age I've dealt with a variety of Mental and Behavioral health issues, from untreated ADHD as a child, to having a major anxiety and depression disorder by the age of 12. I began experimenting with Pills and Alcohol in my early adolescence and I am currently in recovery from a decade long battle with Alcoholism. With my experiences and dedication, I am excited to have started OCSA and am looking forward to our future in outreach and assistance to those without the resources needed to find help and treatment, education for those defending and bringing awareness to drug addiction and mental health in our communities, as well as support and guidance for those already on their journey through recovery. OptimCare Solutions of America has been something I have invested a lot of time and energy into, and I'm happy to help anyone I can through this organization.
We know what it is like, because we have been at step zero before.

All of my family, at some point in their life, has been at some stage in addiction, recovery, or mental health disease. Not pictured is my Father, who is in active recovery, overcoming a decades battle with amphetamines; he is alive, though damaged in some ways. He is trying to regain what he's lost over 15 years, having finally overcome his addictions after decades of family and loved ones' help and support falling on deaf ears. His decision came when that was the only decision he had left—sobriety, Jail, or worse.
Don't wait to decide that you're finally ready - it may be too late for those you love.

Believing in oneself can be challenging, and we all benefit from guidance at various points in our lives. My aim is to make your journey as navigable as possible by providing a supportive guide. Having personally faced the formidable task of piecing together my recovery journey solo, I understand the stress, emotion, and moments of doubt that come with navigating numerous facilities and programs. It was a daunting experience that led me to think, "just give up, you can't do it." I never want anyone to endure this process alone.
OCSA is dedicated to delivering personalized resources, care, and information directly to you, tailored to your unique needs.
Having encountered the real and often unseen challenges of addiction and mental health disorders throughout my life, I've made it my mission, since overcoming my own struggles, to ensure that no one feels lost or alone in their journey.
Whether dealing with addiction, depression, or another mental health concern, don't hesitate to seek help. We are here to provide support in every possible way. Remember, the sooner you ask for help, the better.
If you are currently feeling in danger or not in a safe place,
please contact 911, or take yourself to the nearest Emergency Room, or inpatient care facility. Do not contact OCSA for emergency support or crisis management.
